2. Service Description & Credits

MakeAIReel provides an AI-powered video editing and rendering software. Usage of premium features (like removing watermarks or high-definition rendering) requires the purchase of "Credits" or a subscription plan. Credits are consumed upon successful video rendering.

3. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for the media (images, videos, audio) you upload to our platform. You agree not to use MakeAIReel to generate, edit, or distribute content that is:

• Illegal, offensive, or promotes violence.
• Infringes on third-party copyrights or intellectual property.
• Sexually explicit or non-consensual (NSFW).

We reserve the right to ban accounts that violate these terms without refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our service relies on third-party APIs (like AWS Lambda and OpenAI). While we strive for 99% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions, rendering failures, or loss of uploaded data. In case of a system-side rendering failure, our system will automatically refund the credit back to your account.
