MakeAIReel ("we", "us") is operated by MAKEAIREEL, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy explains what data we collect when you use makeaireel.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address and profile picture from Google sign-in.
• Media you upload: videos, images and audio you add to make reels.
• Business details: information you enter in your brand kit or campaign settings, such as your business name, description, offers and posting schedule.
• Voice recordings: if you choose to narrate reels in your own voice, the recording you upload or record and the voice created from it.
• Instagram data: only if you connect an Instagram account (see section 3).
• Usage data: how you use the app, such as pages visited, features used and error logs.
• Payment information: handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To create, edit and render your reels.
• To run daily Instagram campaigns you set up: plan topics, make reels, and post them on your schedule.
• To manage your plan, credits and payments.
• To fix problems and improve the service.
• We do not sell your personal data, media or Instagram data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

3. Instagram Data

If you connect an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account through Instagram Login, you choose which permissions to grant. Depending on those permissions, we access only that connected account's:

• Profile and media (username, account type, posts) to understand your brand and avoid repeating content.
• Content publishing to post the reels you approve, or that you set to post automatically.
• Insights (such as reach and plays) to show you how your reels are performing.
• Comments on your own posts, to help you read and reply to them.

We use this data only to provide these features to you. Your Instagram access token is stored encrypted and is never shown in your browser. We do not access other people's Instagram accounts and do not use your Instagram data for anyone else. Reels we post become part of your Instagram account and stay there unless you delete them on Instagram.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers to run the service. They process data only to perform their service for us:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosting, video rendering and media storage.
• AI model providers (such as fal.ai, OpenAI, Google and Groq): generating scripts, images, video, music and narration, including cloned-voice narration when you choose it.
• Meta (Instagram): connecting your account and publishing your reels.
• Google: sign-in.
• Razorpay: payment processing.
• Vercel, PostHog and Sentry: website hosting, product analytics and error monitoring.

5. Data Retention

• Rendered reels stay available in your dashboard. We may delete inactive project files after 30 days.
• Your Instagram access token is deleted as soon as you disconnect Instagram.
• Your saved voice is removed when you delete it. We keep a record that a voice was created, without the voice itself, to enforce monthly limits.
• Other account data is kept while your account is active, and deleted when you ask us to delete your account.

6. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You can disconnect Instagram at any time from the campaign page, or remove MakeAIReel from Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites. You can also ask us to delete all your data. See our data deletion instructions.
