Data Deletion

1. Remove Instagram access

You can stop MakeAIReel from accessing your Instagram account at any time, in either of these ways:

• On makeaireel.com, open the campaign page and click Disconnect next to your Instagram account. Your access token is deleted right away and your campaign is paused.
• In Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and websites, find MakeAIReel and click Remove.

2. Delete your saved voice

If you saved your voice for narration, you can delete it from the Reel Creator. The voice is removed and can no longer be used.

3. Delete all your data

To delete your account and everything linked to it, email us:

1. Send an email to contact@makeaireel.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to MakeAIReel, so we can confirm the account is yours.
3. We delete your account, uploads, reels, campaign data, brand kit, saved voice and Instagram connection within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Reels already posted to Instagram are part of your Instagram account. Deleting your MakeAIReel data does not remove them; you can delete them on Instagram. We may keep payment records where the law requires it.
