Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods and Credits

MakeAIReel operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system and subscription model. Because our service provides immediate access to high-cost cloud computing resources (video rendering and AI processing), all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once credits have been utilized.

2. Automatic Credit Refunds (Render Failures)

We have built an automated safety net for our users. If you initiate a premium video render and our servers fail to generate the final video due to a system error or timeout, the deducted credit will be automatically refunded back to your MakeAIReel account balance.

3. Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchased a Creator Pack or Subscription and have not used any of the purchased credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date. Please contact support with your payment ID.

4. Quality Expectations

We provide a free preview of your video with a watermark before you decide to use a premium credit to export it in HD. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the creative output (e.g., AI clip selection or caption style), as you have the opportunity to review the content beforehand.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for an unused accidental purchase, please email us at contact@makeaireel.com with your registered email address and Razorpay transaction ID. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
