What happens if my video fails to render?
Our system has an automated safety net. If our servers fail to generate your final 1080p video due to an error, your deducted credit will be automatically refunded to your account immediately.
Is this a recurring monthly subscription?
No automatic renewals. Starter and Pro are paid once per purchase and stay active for 30 days from the purchase date, including the AI reels and HD exports for that window. When the window ends, your plan returns to Free until you buy again. The first 3 AI changes to each reel are free, and changes that don’t need new AI visuals never use an AI reel. We never charge your card on a schedule-you only pay when you choose to top up.
What counts as an AI reel?
Each new reel the AI Reel Creator makes for you uses one AI reel. Follow-up changes to that reel are free for the first 3 that need new AI visuals; changes like new text, CTA, timing or music never count. If a reel fails, the AI reel is returned to you automatically.
Which features work on the Free plan?
Every plan, including Free, can make reels from a prompt and photos, from your website or product link, and from raw video (filler words and retakes cut, subtitles added). Every plan gets the automatic AI glitch check and final video check, English, Hindi and Hinglish reels, and 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9 export. Starter adds HD AI motion, a custom AI soundtrack and AI clothing try-on; Pro adds more AI motion and try-on scenes, reels in your cloned voice, AI talking-actor clips (your photo speaks the reel's opening line) and background removal.
What if the AI reel comes out with a problem?
Glitchy AI clips are regenerated or swapped for a clean still before you see the reel. The finished video is checked for silence, black frames and wrong length and re-rendered once if needed. If it still isn't right, the chat tells you what happened and the AI reel is refunded automatically.
Are my payments secure?
100% secure. We use Razorpay to process all transactions. We do not store your card details on our servers.
When do premium exports not use a credit?
Exactly one clip on the timeline — no reel credit is deducted, at any length. You can still export premium with zero credits if it is a single-clip reel. Two or more clips use one credit per premium export.
