Most 30–60 second reels are processed and ready to download in under a few minutes, depending on queue and effects (beat-sync, captions, Looks).
Can I use the videos for commercial purposes?
Yes. Basic and Pro plans include commercial rights for the videos you generate. Free-tier exports may include a watermark and are best for testing.
What languages do the auto-captions support?
English is the primary caption language today, with additional languages available depending on your caption settings. Check the caption language picker in Create Studio for the latest options.
What happens if a render fails?
If rendering fails due to a timeout or server error, your MakeAIReel export credit is automatically refunded.
When is a premium export free (no reel credit used)?
If your reel uses exactly one clip on the timeline, we do not deduct a reel export credit. Reels with two or more clips still use one credit per premium export.
Will I get my credit back if AI voice cloning or AI visual generation fails?
Yes. Failed AI voice clone or AI visual jobs automatically refund the reserved credit. Refunds are idempotent so retries won't double-deduct.
