Yes, on every plan. Paste a product, collection or homepage link from your own store (Shopify and most brand websites work). MakeAIReel reads the product name, price and photos, ranks the best images and can feature up to 3 products from a collection page. Marketplaces and social sites such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Etsy or Instagram usually block automated reading; for those, attach the product photos instead.

Yes, on every plan. Upload your raw footage and describe the reel. MakeAIReel transcribes the speech and detects shot changes, picks the best moments, removes filler words, retakes and long pauses, keeps your original voice (no AI voice over it) and adds subtitles from what you said. Say "no text" and it leaves captions off.

Yes, on Starter and Pro. For tops, bottoms and one-piece outfits, AI virtual try-on puts your exact garment on a model in up to 2 scenes per reel on Starter and 3 on Pro. Use a clear photo of the garment or a link to its product page.

Yes, on Pro. Attach a 10 to 60 second recording of yourself speaking clearly with no background music and ask for the reel in your voice. MakeAIReel clones it, narrates the script and saves the voice for later reels.

Every AI motion clip is reviewed by an AI vision check for deformed hands or limbs, morphing and a distorted product. A clip that fails is regenerated within your plan's budget or replaced by a clean still. The finished reel is checked for silence, black frames and wrong length; narration is fitted to the reel's length automatically. If the problem can't be fixed after one safe re-render, the chat tells you and the AI reel credit is refunded.

Reels are created in vertical 9:16 for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You can export the same version as 1:1 square or 16:9 landscape. Free exports are 720p with a watermark; Starter and Pro export 1080p with no watermark.

The brand kit stores your business name, category, tagline, primary colour, WhatsApp, phone, website, Instagram and address. The Reel Creator uses your colour and only puts contact details on screen that you saved there or typed in the chat. It never invents a phone number or address.

Open the Reel Creator at makeaireel.com/create/ai-edit, attach your product photos, and describe the reel in a sentence or two, including the offer and the call to action. MakeAIReel generates the full reel and shows it in the chat, usually within a few minutes.

Type the change in the same chat, for example "change the CTA on the last scene to Shop now" or "make the delivery scene longer". Each change creates a new version and reuses the scenes, voiceover and music you didn't ask to change. If the request could mean more than one scene, the Creator asks which one.

No. The Reel Creator generates new reels and new versions from your idea and attached media. It does not edit the existing Studio timeline. Review the generated reel in the chat, then choose Import to Studio if you want to edit it manually.

No. The Reel Creator works from plain-language prompts. The Create Studio is there if you later want manual control over trims, captions, Looks and music.

Most 30–60 second reels are processed and ready to download in under a few minutes, depending on queue and effects (beat-sync, captions, Looks).

Yes. Starter and Pro plans include commercial rights for the videos you generate. Free-tier exports may include a watermark and are best for testing.

English, Hindi and Hinglish. Ask for a Hindi or Hinglish reel and the script, voiceover and captions follow: Hindi in Devanagari script, Hinglish in Roman script. Other languages are not specially supported yet.

If rendering fails due to a timeout or server error, your MakeAIReel export credit is automatically refunded.

If your reel uses exactly one clip on the timeline, we do not deduct a reel export credit. Reels with two or more clips still use one credit per premium export.

Yes. Failed AI voice clone or AI visual jobs automatically refund the reserved credit. Refunds are idempotent so retries won't double-deduct.
